Our Process

1. Free Analysis

REMTEK custom designs solutions for every potential client based on a free roof analysis.

We use the following techniques to assess the condition of your current roof:

  • Core sampling
  • Thermal imaging
  • Moisture sensing
  • Flashing and edge checks

REMTEK also factors your budget considerations and time constraints into the solutions that are built for you.

2. Preparation of Roofing Proposals

REMTEK will custom design new roofing options based on the free analysis, building use and the client’s budget. Options will be provided to owners to allow for proper capital expenditure decisions.

3. Pre-construction Roofing Inspection/Safety Planning

REMTEK will conduct an onsite pre-construction meeting with the owner and finalize all site specific safety requirements.

4. Project Installation

REMTEK will begin your roofing project and remain at your location until all work is 100% complete.

5. Warranty Inspection

Upon completion of the roofing work, the manufacturer will inspect the new roofing installation to ensure it meets all warranty parameters. Any corrections will be completed immediately by REMTEK, then the new roofing warranty will be issued from the manufacturer.

6. Maintenance Inspections

REMTEK will conduct either annual or periodic roofing inspections of your new installation to ensure the new roofing system is performing as designed. REMTEK will also recommend to the owner any additional maintenance items that should be addressed.

This picture demonstrates REMTEK’S commitment to safety and thorough roof analysis. In this case, the existing damaged metal roof decking had to be removed and replaced prior to the new roofing installation. To do this safely, we had to install OSHA Compliant safety cables prior to beginning work.

Analyzing the existing flashing conditions to ensure that construction is stable enough for the new roofing installation.
